I don't get why people think that life threatening stuff like this is a funny prank. I've seen where people wear masks and have chainsaws and stuff and laugh it off. If someone was carrying, they would have every reason/right to shoot them.

If it was in Norilsk, Russia, the clown would have been killed before he could've got any time even to blink.
