Don’t eat for only 10 minutes.... Chew longer and enjoy what you’re eating instead of just eating to get full.

Sad truth. I see some people freaking out about the 2 hours of cooking and the 10 minutes consuming. Well. If you work in a place where you have 20-30 minutes lunch break, you'll quickly adapt and will consume your food under 5-10 minutes and it becomes a habit. As for cooking, well, preparation (chopping onions, peeling potatoes and such) can take up as much time as the actual cooking and it counts as well. 2 hours spent on food making is rather average.

If you are cooking for two hours, makenit feel like therapy, like a healing process to reflect and introspect on where you are in life, where you want to get to, friends, family etc etc. Then, and only then, will the minutes of eating be enjoyable. And pls don't gulp it all down in just 10 minutes. FFS !
