India 1999 house rate 5,00,000/- teachers salary 40,000 per month with pension and other allowances. 2021 house- 30,00,000/- 1,20,000/- and all in total teachers earn like hell in India

Im not saying that it isn't messed up but you have forgotten about an important variable. you outline a scenario where some one is 5 times worst off now when really its about 2 times worse off. The interest rates on mortgages in 1999 was 8.25% pa 105k = $789 per month for 30 year mortgage The interest rates on mortgages now is 2.21% pa 490k = $1,863 per month for 30 year mortgage if you are going to compare at least outline all the variables.

Salary in my country is really bad as well. Minimum wage basically can't afford you jack shit not even basic needs, teacher's salary only 10-15% above minimum wage.
