Its perfectly fine to sleep apart sometimes. Some people sleep with white noise, others get up a lot, different schedules... Lots of factors can make it actually better to sleep apart

Hate it when parents say their marriage is falling apart because of the child. Like no bitch, no one asked you to have sex with each other, no one asked you to carry me in your womb for 9 months then give birth. You weren’t prepared to have a child and that all your fault.

It's perfectly explained in the story that the dad needs a hard mattress and the mother needs a soft one, completely normal if you have a healthy and secure relationship, and suffer from back pain (ei you're older than 20)

Well, in the end Goldilocks looks really like the name of a Jewish couple therapist.

Try sleeping apart sometimes or push together two beds and have your own linens. You aren’t disturbing each other with tossing or turning and being in the other room limits noise from your SO. It could give you the best sleep you’ve had.

Heard couples are more happy in separate beds.
