Just because nothing happened does not mean nothing could have happened. Sure, experience helps a lot, but in the beginning he did not even have that. Also, there can be so many specialized situations he simply did not have the training for.
Then why are so many of the aircrafts and choppers falling when flown by the Taliban?

The piece of paper certifies that you know what you're doing. You have to know what you're doing before you're able to get the piece of paper. I don't understand your point cancer spreader

If that level is stupid
I spent 5 years teaching myself how to read a Forex chart. But because I don't have a bachelor's degree in anything it doesn't matter that I can trade better than most graduate level Quants but because I don't have that little paper I have to create a public record of all my things just so a recruitment officer can spend more than 3 seconds looking at my CV before condemning to a life of poverty. That piece of paper as useless as it is is used in a useless manner.
