that is actually a nice view. Quiet place, old cemeteries tend to have trees and bushes so it gets greener and greener. Definitely better than a shopping mall, huge parking lot, car wash, playground, another apartment block. The only things that top it (when it comes to view outside the window) would be actual city park, forest or lake. So, bottom line, cemetery is pretty good neighbourhood.
