I have severe ADHD and it's the Opposite lol
I know exactly when I need to leave, exactly how long it will take to get there, and exactly how late I'll be when I can be bothered to start.
Sounds like bad time management with extra steps
I was lazy as f*ck too then I started working out at the gym, it does help it feels like you have more energy and disposition to do things. But from experience when I procrastinate is always bacause I loose interest by the thing I'm doing and it is really hard to find motivation to finish it.... so motivation is the key
I move slowly and I know this so I try to move early to compensate. If I know something will take me an hour I start 30 minutes early so I'll be done on time. That sounds really dumb, but it works.
