One thing I know an Angel is not something a human can mentally prepared to see, correct me if im wrong bit I remember in the Quran mentioning a prophet saying that he want to see the messenger (angel) with his own eyes and fell into a shock after witnessing the angel.

Apparently, when you meet an angel they elevate you to their level. You can speak and understand their language. So it follows that you would, for the time, understand what they are and be unafraid

Lucifer was created as the most glorious angel of all, one of the Cherubim that surrounded the Throne of the Most high. His name means Bringer of Light!
