Emotive headline. Truth is, the standard practice here (Australia) for police enforcing mask laws is for them to ask you to put a mask on, if the person says they don't have one, they give you one, if you refuse, they tell you you will be arrested for non-compliance. They give lots of chance to follow the rules, if you repeatedly refuse, you get arrested. Basically, if you're a complete dick, you'll be in trouble. This clown has ruined his own and his daughter's day. FFS he could have taken the free mask from the cops, put it on for five mins and then taken it off when the cops are gone.

Why should we care about restrictions? Over year of this is enough if we die we die. I don't even know anyone who had it but know young dude that committed suicide after losing job. I have lost job to and for 27 years old man form very poor family it is not easy to lose all those years of progress in carrier. Covid is barely dangerous for young people, but they are paying biggest price for that. Suicide rates are skyrocketing, mental health, kids where locked in houses for months. I don't feel like boomers care about younger generations so i will not care for them.

Nice cherry picking. I have a friend in australia, its pretty relaxed there. If you are caught without a mask, they warn you to wear one. If you're that fucking useless and dont have one, they even sometimes offer you a free mask. You still refuse that and then you get arrested.
