DB9 connector, commonly used for VGA is far from dead. Servers still commonly use it for IPMI and CLI. Electronic components, like IMUs and GNSS, also commonly use DB9 for RS232 communication in robotics.

I’d buy this.

Here's the problem. I work in tech retail, I guarantee some idiot Karen will see that at a friend's place and come in demanding we sell her a VGA cable to plug into her phone so she can watch DVDs on her phone or something (their requests are always atleast two levels of stupid deep)

Fuck man if i want to use 2 monitors i still need to use a vga cable i think the output from the graphics card is not vga but i have an adapter at the end and the monitor imput is
