You dont seem to grasp what "uni" means.. It comes from "unicus" and means 1. Rhino's have 2 horns. A swordfish dont have a horn, its a bill (elongated jaw). And the stag.. Well, its antlers which are "horns" but even if you take away the branching, it still have 2.

Captain here: the original unicorns are believed to have originally been based early Europeans encountering rhinos. Their horns were much coveted in Europe (and presumably elsewhere) as a panacea for everything from cancer to erectile distinction when grated and was very expensive. The danish conveniently started providing ‘unicorn horn’ from an unknown source and it made them so much money that the throne of Denmark was made of ‘unicorn horn’. They were the proper swirly horns that unicorns have in today’s images. Turns out that they owned Greenland (still do) and had just been killing narwhals….at what point the rhino morphed into a horse is beyond my knowledge. *flies away* Source: In our Time (Melvyn Bragg)

Bible accurate unicorns are actually Rhinos and there are actually few mentions of unicorns in the bible.
