As a matter of fact, the speaker calling the names, whether he would have recognized the “joke” or not, would be required to read the names exactly as he did, because not only are there are fucktards who ACTUALLY name their kids these names (who now could be parents within this school board meeting), but he MUST read all names on the agenda, due to the bylaws of the school board. It’s entirely possible that he, and the rest of the board, are fully aware of the “joke,” but they just go through as though it’s seriously real names. (Because it’s not that funny anyway, and we’re dealing with actual mature people, not morons who think this is funny.)

Well, he has to read them, because imagine that's your name, and someone refuses to call your name and you don't get to speak. Or he laughs at a real name. That would be humiliating. I think he did a good job.
