I applied for a job and the description/recommendations(what's the difference?) Said forklift experience. My co worker got it even tho she had none. Did she get it cuz she was younger or hot or both? She had like 6 months on me of working there. Oh well

I used to have a problem with Oracle changing the names of it products every release. My resume was basically a brief history of every Oracle product so I could get it pass the clueless recruiters to a manager who knew it.

It's a problem when HR needs to hire people and they have no technical background and don't get any feedback from technical people. What do we need? FastApi, someone with experience. And Boom. This happens. With a little feedback they could hire someone with experience in FastAPI and more than 5 years experience in programming.
