Tony made him 2 suits that only had a simple AI, the web combos as suggestions and then a parashoot and drone, rest was all of his own tech and designs, peter made his own webs and shooters, invented the eye moving lenses, picked the colours when he made his own suit and was being a friendly neibourhood spiderman before tony even met him hence the videos tony shows him. But yeah that's definatly little iron man jr isnt it :l ....
