Dude in France it's normal to be 15 min late sometimes more. Funny thing is that everyone does that so it's in everyone minds that everyone will be late so nobody's late. I fucking hate that especially professionally speaking.

Alisa has like 100 more candidates she probably doesnt even will remember this girl name in 2 minutes. The reason this screenshot exist is that she requires validation of her silly behavior.

Yeah nope. You are already asking/begging for a chance to work with them and they are already flat out disrespectful of your time. Maybe use the company as a stepping stone if it's a big name but that's it. There's absolutely no excuse for that kind of failure in communication - not in this day n age. too many ways to communicate and too many people involved for one of them not to reach out. Not worth it working for a company who's hr is a train wreck . That behavior indicates poor company culture.

Never hire an employee who acts like this. Employer dodged a bullet here.

Nobody likes illogical asshats like you who shoot themselves in the knee like this whilst completely ignoring any possibility that there could be a good reason for this. Your fault.

I do the same. 1 lady already used and excuse and 2nd time also missed. I said I am no longer interested cause she is not professional and the guy said she has covid. None the less I should have been informed that the meeting is cancelled by the person filling in while she is on leave.

Stop white supremacy, white people have no culture and are the reason why "people of color" (in the USA) fail to succeed in life PMath is racism Punctuality is racism Having a dad is racism Since racism only evolves around "people of color" In the usa.

I did the same after a big tech company rescheduled my interview 4 times, once after I joined the online conference call. I didn’t really need the job, they approached me. But if a company behaves like they can do everything with their employees then I’m not interested anymore.

I rather wait for an explanation/apology. It says about people much more, than simply not coming. (It could't have been an heart attack, car accident... plenty of valid reasons....) Needless to say that it says a lot about her as well.
