I love skating but legit someone that young one slip and that's some potential brain damage on a fall like that. It's great to be friends with your kid but you're a parent first, make them put on a helmet, I don't care if it's not cool, you make your kid at that age wear a fucking helmet. You don't risk a serious injury to be a cool dad. They can still do this but at least their heads protected. I know I sound like a boomer, but I fucking love skating but also know how easy it is to fuck yourself on something like that.
