The distance between single stars in the galaxy is to big for a black hole to destroy it
Even if it would be big enough it would take millions of years
Perhaps the solar system could be destroyed

First of all, that black hole would be far too small to be anywhere close to being stable. Itd dissappear before you could feel any effect. The sound itself, and the shock wave would make a lot more damage.
