Wrong, the guy who did nothing is the future employee complaining that the manager is doing nothing and getting all the credit

People don’t realise managers already did the grunt work and got where they are for a reason. With their experiences they get to review shit and find out mistakes easier than the people actually doing the work

Wrong the guy who does nothing is fired and you don't have to worry about it anymore.

I once did a group project with a guy not bothering to come finish it while he was living literally in front of the school while I spent almost 2 hours of transports everyday. I just deleted his part on the PowerPoint and on the final document.

That would be fine but I had to tell what everyone would be doing, while telling the teacher we wouldn't need the lazy ass and his name would be cut out if he actually did nothing.

It's called the Dilbert Principal and is a sad reality in larger companies

The guy who did all the work because he was too flustrated to manage workflow with others will not do well in a workplace.

Exept everyone has their own biais and everyone think they do more than the others. From my experience most managers work at least as hard as anyone but it's always easier and more comfortable to blame the manager (some are jerks tho but no the majority, just like some regular employees are jerks too)

Funny, this guy is actually my manager. Learned how to deal w him tho

Managers aren't there to do the work. I just came here to say how dump this op is.
