I still can't believe most modern applications won't run on Windows XP. It feels like Windows XP ran on my computer only a few years ago and it breaks my heart

My first PC had a Windows 95, I was 9. I'm 20 now. I'm not old, I just grew up in a shithole.

My first PC was the IBM PC Jr. I was given a Tamagachi as a gift when I was in college...this is when they were still popular. When I was growing up my family still had black and white televisions and rotary phones. We also had a BetaMax machine with a corded remote. I vividly remember the days of dial up and connecting to local Bulletin Board Systems before the rise of Prodigy, Compuserve and AOL.

I switched from XP to Windows 10 a few months ago and I absolutely hate Windows 10. I never had to spend so much time configuring a system, disabling useless shit. You tell it to do something and it still does whatever it wants. Terrible memory management.
