Unless they list graduate specifically in the title, they usually add up to 3 years experience to open up the applications. It doesn't necessarily mean they outright reject people at the beginning of their career. If someone with 2 years applied they might consider them but they might also still be open to a graduate of those with some experience are shite

Just lie. Most companies don't even read or check your resume anymore. Honestly, put down a couple of big company names and go into the interview. If they call you ok your bullshit oh well, if they don't. Welcome to employment.
