More like "when did you, a university educated individual, come to understand the basics of the financial system that hugely influences or lives"

No need to be an expert, the system is actually pretty easy (at least the basics you need for the start) The need of networking is the complicated thing.

You really don’t need to be an expert to understand what a short is and a short squeeze. You can literally look that up on Wikipedia, spend 5 minutes and you know what everyone is talking about.

I mean every fucking thing designed in finance start from the premise that somebody wants more money that they initially have.... if you get this simple fact then the rest is just a complicated factory of a financial product from another financial product etc.... stock market being one of those products

I actually like how no one has claimed to be an expert. Even people who explain it say so. But it is interesting to learn about it, even if it is a little.

you don't need to be an expert to know that a stock that's been shorted 140% will dramatically rise eventually.

Is there some actual expert? There is a lot of articles lately saying that stock market (combined with crypto assets) at its current peak is actually a bubble that will burst soon. Is there some actual measureable way to determine such thing? (crypto aside, let say it involves traditional assets)
