What the fuck kind of a design is this? If that amount of space isnt meant increase the range of the missile and snipe people from 25-45 KMs, not having explosives in a missile is dumb. Also these blades have to be pinpoint accurate and has to be instantly killing or this is just one of the dumbest missiles to ever exist.

Think of the psychological effects of this weapon. It will literally split a person in half, if it hits properly. This is a targeted terror weapon. I mean, an explosion is one thing, but this is messy on a whole other level, and yet very clean.
