why would you put barriers between urinals? people in your place likes to take a peek now and then? id call it geh.

I believe the light switch thing is about regulations in wet areas. Switch inside should be sealed better and inspected? Worst thing with switch outside was growing up with siblings. Always blinking lights and leaving it off while taking dump

The German toilets are annoying. Not only do you get to look at your product, it stinks up the toilet, even if you immediately do a mini flush before even getting off the seat.

So much fakenews in one post....

The picture with water levels is wrong from the technical standpoint - the outgoing tube on the right should not get that high. Lights switch on the outside is just more convenient - no need to look for a switch in the dark. Also makes it possible for kids to play another obvious cruel prank on each other.

Wait until you learn that in some countries you cannot throw the toilet paper into the toilet

The german toilet with this "plates" are called Flachspüler. But they are not common anymore

In Austria they have 1 room just for the toilet and another one for the sink shower and everything else.

Who flushes while still sitting? Maybe you are the weird one here.
The British sinks like that are a legacy of WW2 era and earlier construction, as the cold water came direct from the city water pipes and was clean but hot water was stored in a tank and wasn't 100% guaranteed to be safe to drink. Therefore the hot and cold water pipes were kept separate to prevent cross contamination. This meant two taps you mixed in the sink. Modern buildings are built using much better standards and many pre-war buildings have been retrofitted and have mixer taps.
