I have the feeling, that trans, NB and all the other stuff would pretty much vanish once people stop assoviating certain ways to be or behave strictly with a certain gender. "A real man" or a "real women" doesn't exist when it comes to how they are. They can be however the fuck they want to be as an individual. You don't need labels for that

Singular They/Them has been a thing since the 14th century for unknown/unspecified gender. Basically the safe bet when you don't know. Also, that's more an NB thing than a trans thing (Although the two are sometimes grouped together)

I am no native speaker, but I know they/them is also used as an unspecified pronoun. I know it mainly from games so they don't have to have two different texts/voice lines for male and female, but rather go with they/them.
