I'm sure it's very good for the mental wellbeing of the patients to have a dog around, but isn't it a medical hazard? It will lick all sorts of things and then try to lick the humans and not brush teeth in between.

So adorable, that hospital administration hired him ignoring all safety hazards related to a pet spreading germs on patients with no immunity.

All hospitals should have dogs. A patient I had a while ago was blind and when she would show up with her pupper it’d make all the staff and other patients happy. We were so looking forward to see her and her good boy.
