The biggest question for me is: garbage or recycling bin?

I just spray it, it in soak in soap and hot water, spray it again, if it’s dirty repeat, if not sanitize it.

You cannot re-use those can you. You put something in it, eat it and then throw it away. Why on earth would you wash these.

For anything very greasy : empty most of it, then wipe with a paper towel, and finally wash like regular dishes

Nope, give it to a wahmen. But the first step you have to own a wahmen first which is a very difficult task
