because the chance is not 50/50. its more like lottery if you dont know what you are doing and arent knowledgable.

The problem is, if it works you know what's happening and your prepared. Now if it ain't working, what you gonna do? You never thought about it and now you don't have any plans or ideas how to get out of new situation. Being prepared is always good

The second part is the reason so many don't try. Fear of success is a funny and very ironic thing.

If they do, but you thought they wont, you dont get anything but wont lose anything. But if they dont and you thought they will do, you suffer the consequences. Sometimes coward way of living is the best
