You do realize that there are millions of books and you won't get to read all of them, or know how good they are without actually reading them? You are aware that there are a million books out there that you aren't even aware of? But that you maybe would want to read? No?

As a graduate student, I'm forced to read A LOT of things I don't necessarily want to. Sadly, when I have free time, the last thing I want to do is read.

Re-read the classics you read (or should have) in elementary and high school. Russian writters hit different when you're not 17yo.
