The ones where the peel is larger than the insides are the best. They‘re ripe, sweeter and easy to peel. I don‘t know where that comes from, if they shrink when they get ripe or whatever? I always buy those.

People still don't get that they are paying by the weight of the product and not the overall volume aren'y they?

That looks like a Satsuma mandarin orange. They are supposed to look like that
