I have a solution to the whole police problem. Guaranteed fix. Double their pay; double it. Get some real competition for their jobs; not just the douchebag power-hunger twats out of high school. Get some cops with college degrees. Then, then fucking make them accountable: commit a crime? automatic double their sentence. Taking bribes? 25 years in gen pop. Brutality? 30 years. Murder? Automatic whole life sentence. Make the police unions carry insurance for shitty cops.

Captain here: This happened last year in Vancouver. Incident was "investigated" and the cops cleared themselves of any charges. This Video finally surfaced in the past few weeks, which has forced them to reopen the investigation.
