This is stupid, don’t get me wrong, I’m all against domestic violence, but linking it to football is stupid. What causes the violence isn’t the team winning or losing, but the overall domestic environment in which it’s legitimate the man hits the woman, could just as well (and probably does) happen when the man gets yelled at at work, or stuck in traffic on the way home. Also, it doesn’t mean make the English wife beaters,the statistics increase in percentage, it could also mean there are 100 domestic violence cases turned into 138, which is fairly low for a big country.
