As you can see by its fat belly its unlikely the anaconda was the one that initiated this encounter between the snake and the man. The dude is Just messing with wildlife, without a healthrisk for him (since the snake has a full belly) but with a serious healthrisk for the snake. Simply put this is Just cruel.
