I'd live there.. my dream house is middle of nowhere, need a vehicle just to get to the nearest neighbor. The only real downsides would be lack of internet (maybe? Something tells me if you can afford to live there you can get internet) and the inability to make spur of the moment trips to the store for random cravings..
