Discipline. If you truly want to lose the weight. Eat all the same garbage you normally eat, just 10% less. Then take a brisk walk every day. You will lose the weight

Eat healthy. Eat vegetables and fruits if you feel like you want to eat. Also there's nothing wrong with eating much, but sitting 24/7 straight and then eating non stop is bad. If you eat a lot, you should move a lot to burn the calories. You know what works well with eating a lot? Going to the gym and building muscles. *poof* mind blowing I know right?
