To be fair, leaking stories to the media is the purpose of the media. A separate / independent organisation that serves as a check and balance. Most companies detest this kind of behaviour because it ruins their public image, but if your internal system cannot resolve conflicts like sexual assault to the extent that victims feel warranted to risk their career to contact the media, the company has it coming. Of course, media is suppose to act ethically and protect the individuals' identity until internal or legal resolution is reached (sadly not always the case).

These 10 employees leaked victims identity and some other personal information to medie during the police investigation. Of course they should be fire, they should actually be persecuted. But let's blame the enterprise, that's how media works in communist country.
