I can see this is fake by just comparing them. All models you make in one game have a samey look. Their skin is usually the most obvious one. Also, so what? Fallout 4 had a cool char creator. Didn't stop that game from being a shitty mess. Haven't tried CP2077, yet. I hope it's good, but I'll form an opinion on it when I play. Def won't form an opinion on its char designer...
Most of the the Game is First Person. The only thing you see in third person is the car, or you open the photo mode.
