But it will accelerate, by the 50’s, ten percent of jobs will have been replaced, by 2100 that number’s going to be north of 60% and widespread unemployment is going to bring humanity to its knees. Not all shall suffer equally, so it’s no humanity ending event, that possibility is only going to loom over the 22nd century.

just overhyped statistics. When you go to the Nvidia GTC convention, they show mindblowing stuff. But in the end, it takes vision, budget and people willing to work it out. In reality, many nerds "tweaking tensors and fucking with it to see what would happen", in their own bubble, trying to find some sales guys who can market it so they can keep "tweaking tensors".
