Pilot here: engine out operations are not the worst thing. Commercial and business jets (part 25 certificated aircraft) must be able to fly at maximum takeoff weight on one engine. Most of the time is spent training on engine out scenarios for pilots. You all will be good!

actually, alcohol works better than praying. Soothes the mind and diminish the pain... And if you survive, you will feel less idiot!
