For most people it does not take much to be happy. The early years are rough though. Once you advanced in your career a bit, life gets a lot easier. What do we really need? Being financially stable, got a small but good group of friends, and have small things we can enjoy on a daily basis, like food, or a pet, or games etc. From my perspective, your 20s are the years you gotta push through, since that's the time you're building thr foundation for all those things.

Get help. If someone puts you down for seeking help, they have been contributing to your health issues and you need to kick them out of your life. Look after your health, no one else will

Try not using tech to escape reality for 1 day... Don't speak to anyone, don't watch TV, don't game, don't use substances... Just sit alone with your thoughts, then try to get comfterble with that dynamic
