I used to have a account for 10 machines.
One day the account started to show only "inaccessible data" althought I was paying I wasn't able to use the 10 license. After a few month waiting for a solution they accepted a reimbursment but I had to send back to another country the CD I never received with a online purchase. Since this option was possible they asked me to stop calling because the support was unable to help and I was wasting theire time.
Not to mention they charge my credit card for a renewal that I denied multiple time. In the account settings. Symantec's answer was:we are doing this because other security sofware company are doing it. After talking about the option to fill a legal complain they accepted to give me only that part of my money.
Trusting a untrustable company never pays off.
Stay away from their shit.
