Quality tomato sauce recipe: Don't use tomato paste. Don't. Get tomatoes, chop them in small pieces. Chop an onion and a few garlics into tiny bits, put in a pan, fry a bit with some olive oil. Put all those tomato pieces on the pan, add salt, olive oil, basil, oregano, black pepper. If you're not vegetarian, add some chopped sausages on the onion/garlic mix you fry. Cook the whole mix until the tomatoes start dissolving, but keep some texture to it. Enjoy

For sushis I noticed you really need the right ingredients, for instance not all rice vinegars taste the same, not all seaweeds taste the same, some seaweeds are also more chewy than others etc. It personally took me some time to find the right brands.

If you got a proper blender, milkshakes aren't that hard to make. With quality icecream, it's gonna be better than a cheap one you while eating out.

I make quality sushi, but only because i have put a lot of time and effort into doing so. I am sure you can make everything just as good with proper ingredientse and enough patience.
