Keep busy and make it through 2 weeks. Watch shows, movies or play some video games. Whatever it takes to keep your mind off of the habits for at least two weeks.

If you feel that the withdrawal is too much, seek medical help. They can provide you with diazepam and sleep meds + vitamins. If you can do it on your own, the worst part is in the first 4 days, after that it will get better progressively. After about two weeks, you will feel as new.

It will subside and believe me, you will feel so much better, you'll be glad you stuck it out. Hang in there OP

Trust me on the two weeks, try getting out of the house and walking about. (don't go past places that sell alcohol)
Just walk around the block. Walking helps. Exercise of any kind really, and the sun will help too.
Get proper sleep, stay hydrated with water or even pop or tea or something. Better pop than alcohol.
Then after a while you won't have the cravings, you just have to remember not to drink again.
TRRUUSST MEE You really don't want to start again, so revel in the fact that just drinking pop or water or tea or gatorade or whatever is healthier for you and legit is cheaper.
Then you can wean off the more unhealthy drinks. Stay strong and make sure you are getting proper sleep and some steps in OK Bro!

Try the gym. You obviously need the outlet.
