When the company decided in 2019 to make all bonuses permanent by adding them all to your yearly salary and divide the total by 12 to make it your new monthly salary. It is illegal in my country to lower the salary of workers, the company can’t revert back to the old system as a part of the new salary would revert back to being a bonus which a company can decide to not give you.
