Central banks have the power. Federal Reserve, European Central Bank they just print and invent money. No other Corpos like Google, Apple, Tesla or governments or other banks have that kind of power.
If a landlord live month to month from the rent than he is doing landlording wrong. Rent should include enough money for creating a fund to maintainance and unexpected repairs. Well... sometimes life just happens and you suddenly loose income. Also many people that life paycheck to paycheck do so because of lifestyle inflation and not because they earn the hypothetical minimal amount to survive.
