She is a black person living in USA, she was going to get pepper sprayed by the cops eventually, might as well get used to it when she is young. Joking aside, things like this happening to a child leave her scarred for life, the police officers have thought her the hard way that the cops are not to be trusted, that they are not the good guys you call when you are in trouble, they are necessary evil you try to have as little contact with as possible.

Proof that the police funds for weapons of war should be redirected to imrpoving the training police gets and social workers. The police is a victim of bad training. In this video they simply dont know how to deal with the girl. She needed a different kind of help. Every one in the video is a victim. Sad to see people who mean well, fail and get punished by a system that put them out on the streets unprepared.
