I am disgusted to say this: But clients that politely accepted my apologies never got the good and free stuff the mean assholes got. Now I am no saying they are right. I hate those guys and I will never be one of them. But they got more stuff by calling my manager than anyone who simply said thanks for the info and left.
Yeah, that's lovely and all, but sometimes low level employees are dicks. My flight was canceled, and when i politely asked where I could go to file a compensarion claim the "poor low level employee" laughed in my face and told me I shouldn't keep my hopes up and told me I "didn't know my rights". He also refused to give me a proper answer. Keep in mind that they gave no official reason for the cancellation and the real reason was because the flight was kind of empty and they had a larger flight 6 hours later

You know what - I really don't wanna argue with low-level employees. Get me the top level managers and I'll talk to them directly. Until you do that, I'll keep complaing to the low-level employees. I mean, what else am I as a costumer supposed to do?
