Honestly I've seen the most potential change in men when they go to the gym. Sticks turn to fucking boulders. Or maybe (with the appropriate diet) a fat guy can become extremely lean.

Wrong. Fat bitches are not beautiful. And that is an actual problem they can run from. Literally. Just like too skinny bitches, can be corrected with proper nutrition. Anorexia, bulimia, overeating and other weight disorders they have are not things the guys have to carry over along with a relationship. If she's damaged goods, she should stay single until she fixes herself, instead of later blaming the man that she ain't any better of what wasn't his fault to begin with.
