As someone who programmatically imports/exports excel files, I can agree with most of that, except the Role column grouping, that's not good for imports in any language/parser. Don't fucking do that !
PS: if you're making this in excel, remember to delete those hidden columns with sensitive data that you think you've removed before sending the file to someone !
