Developer made the vest according to specs given by customer. Specs state clearly that the vest should protect the torso. QA tests for something that's not in the specs and the developer is the one who's suffering. Something's fishy here.

Sometimes QA doesn't really understand which aspect of my apps should be tested. it took me some times to test my own apps and report it again. When users find some bugs, they blame on me and not QA. what a shitty situation
