dude most of these exercises are so ridiculously light, a good 15-minute wank would probably burn more calories. Also, the 45-55-year-old guy didn't kill himself.

Guys, this is complete crap! You won't lose fat or even less build up muscle like the guys on the picture with that exercise plan. Get yourself a diet plan that fits your need, that's the most important thing to lose belly fat! And if you want to look like the 55 year old guy, you have to put up iron, you can't do that with a little bit of wobbling around.

None of this will do anything without a caloric defecit. And a caloric defecit by itself will be enough to reduce all the fat.

lmao yeah right. 10-12 pushups, 2 days a week is going to absolutely shred you. God why do I spend 1-2 hours in the gym 5 days a week. I should've followed this to look like a greek god with minimum effort

Didn't tell anything about diet You are what you eat Ik its basically focused on fat people but if you wanna reduce fat it's good to have atleast 4 days of workout each week Didn't even shown any sets 5 pushups is nothing if you do atleast 2 sets each And about diet If you wanna cut Try eating very less sugar More protein ,less fats ,carbs + important vitamins

You cannot spot reduce fat from anywhere unless you're doing surgery. This is useless info and diet is more important in reducing belly fat
